ThriveMind, an emotional safety net for teens!

Many teens have chronic stress that affects their grades and well-being. Such struggles can derail future stability and career goals. The fallout is especially severe for students without access to mental health support.

Your UWMC partnership bridges that gap with ThriveMind, an initiative that connects teens to free professional therapeutic services at Carle BroMenn.

One Le Roy High student was referred to the program after a teacher saw a drop in their grades, along with strained peer relationships. Through ThriveMind, the student received therapy to help focus on emotional regulation, coping strategies, and self-esteem. After eight months of mental health support, the student’s grades and peer connections were back to normal.

In 2024, ThriveMind received 60 student referrals, placed 46 students in therapy, and saw 14 students complete therapy. Students received 184 therapy sessions last year, bringing the total number of therapy sessions to more than 700 since the initiative started in 2022.

With your support, teens are finding an emotional safety net for a strong future!
